Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes. COD is the default at checkout anywhere in Pakistan.

Is the stock on the website the shop stock?

Yes. The catalogue is read from the Khusa Mehal POS. When a size leaves the floor, it leaves the site.

What if my size sells out at checkout?

The pair is not charged. We show which size is gone so you can pick another.

How do I exchange?

Unworn pairs can be exchanged within 7 days. Start from the Track page or WhatsApp.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. As soon as you place the order we email the pair, size, and total, and you can send it on WhatsApp.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Not yet. Nationwide inside Pakistan only.

When is delivery free?

Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free. Under that, delivery is Rs 250 nationwide.
